Wokingham & West Berkshire Mental Health Association had for over 10 years an eleven-seat minibus which was available to provide transport to and from Station House, to hospital, for outings and for any other appropriate mental health purposes within our capacity to provide.  

The minibus was donated to us by the West Forest Round Table in August 1994 and has been an invaluable facility. As well as providing transport for users who live in the outlying areas, the minibus also provided outings - both locally and further afield. The Crisis House is very dependant upon the local community for a continued supply of good quality furniture and household equipment. This would have been not be so readily available if we had not had the minibus in which to collect it. The minibus was also very useful when guests were ready to leave the Crisis House and needed transport to collect furniture for their new accommodation.

After poroviding more than ten years faithful service the minibus is due for replacement.

Wokingham & West Berkshire Mental Health Association has a team of drivers who give their services on a completely voluntary basis.
